50p11T Triangle Daily Calendar Puzzle Design Flaw

We have identified a design flaw in the Triangle Daily Calendar Puzzle. Visually, certain dates lack corresponding answers as there are no appropriately sized puzzle pieces to fill the vacant spaces:

1. With any Month, when Date=28, Weekday = FRI $ SAT
2. With any Month, when Date=22, Weekday = TUE &WED
3. With any Weekday, when Date=2, Month = JUL
4. With any Weekday, when Date=8, Month = NOV
